No sound?
Turn Silent Mode off and raise the media volume while a question is playing. Check where Bluetooth audio is routed, or try the built-in speaker. Settings → Play test sound helps check playback. Reference A4 defaults to 440 Hz and can be adjusted from 415 to 466 Hz.
Rhythm timing
Tritave compensates for audio output latency. Bluetooth can still introduce variable delay; try wired headphones or the built-in speaker. If answers consistently feel early or late, tell us your device and headphones.
Restore Pro
Use Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. A network connection is needed to restore. If Pro remains locked, email us with the plan and approximate purchase date.
Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tritave, or use the Manage subscriptions link below. Deleting Tritave does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Your progress
Practice data is stored on this device and does not automatically sync to another device. A device backup may include it depending on your settings. Try other troubleshooting steps before deleting the app, because we do not have a copy of your progress.
Settings → Reset all progress starts your practice history over without changing purchases. If the app says your progress requires a newer version, update Tritave before resetting it.
Levels and custom drills
The next level unlocks at 85% accuracy over at least 16 answers, after every item in the current level has been heard. Questions focus on weaker and overdue items. With Pro, Train → Custom drill lets you choose your items, pitch range, pace, and instrument.
Widgets and accessibility
Add a Tritave widget from your Home or Lock Screen widget picker. If it looks out of date, open the app; iOS controls refresh timing. The app supports VoiceOver and larger text. For an accessibility issue, tell us the screen and setting involved.
